Why should you come to the event?

Ms. Ionova will be performing at the University of Florida's University Auditorium on Sunday, March 1st from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. for a benefit concert sponsored by the Russian Studies Department at UF.


While being a familiar face on the Russian opera stage, Ms. Ionova's debut performance in the United States will be a benefit event to raise money for the Russian Studies Department.

Her classical operatic repertoire will be accompanied by pianist Roberta Swedien.





This performance will be the final event of Russian club's"Russian Week" or "Spring Festival."

Why should YOU go: All proceeds from the performance will benefit the UF Russian Studies Program and its students.

To purchase tickets:Call 352-392-ARTS, or visit www.ticketmaster.com. You can also purchase tickets at the Phillips Center box office. (The Phillips Center is located on Hull Road on the UF campus).

Ticket prices are 10,20 or 35 dollars, depending on the location of the seat. (Special VIP tickets can also be purchased at the Phillips Center only. Call them for more information.)
